How do I purchase from the State of Art?

Purchases can be made by emailing us at info@thestateofart.co.uk, we can then advise you on payment and shipping details.

 

How do I pay?

Payments can be made with credit and debit cards though PayPal's secure payment service. Alternatively you can pay by cheque. Artworks shall be shipped on the cheques clearance.

 

Is post and packaging included in the artwork price?

Postage and packaging costs are included to UK destinations only. For overseas deliveries, the additional carriage price will be added via email. Also if a crate is required, there will be additional cost which we will advice.

 

Will the artwork be insured?

Yes all items sent from the State of Art will be insured for damage, loss or non-delivery, while in transit.

 

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, you have seven days from when the item was received to notify us by writing. Items returned (unless received not as advertised, or in a damaged condition, needs to be specified as “Damaged” when you sign for the item upon receipt) must be returned to us at your own cost with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the artwork against any loss or damage.
