Damaged artwork
If an item is damaged on arrival, it must be specified as “Damaged” when you sign for the item upon receipt, for a refund by the State of Art to be given. In this unlikely event, please contact us straight away. All artwork is insured by us while in transit. Once the item is signed for it is the sole responsibility of the client, and it is no longer insured by The State of Art.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY ON ARRIVAL AS AFTER SIGNING FOR IT AS YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.
